When I fetch data with the UniProt scout, the values for pI and MW are missing. How can I fix that?

If the only information you get for these attributes is $sequenceStatistics.Pi and $sequenceStatistics.M, respectively, these values can not be retreived from a second service, the Emboss pepstats service, which calculates pI and MW based on the amino acid sequence retrieved in UniProt database.

Contact your network administrator and ask him/her to open port 8010. This port is used to connect this service.
